The average turnaround time for smaller orders (e.g., miniatures or keychains) is approximately 3-5 days. Larger items that require multiple uses of the printing bed (e.g., large statues or props) can take 7-10 days. Once completed, your order will be shipped within 24 hours, and you will receive a tracking number.

Our current maximum build volume is 7.5'' x 4.5'' x 8.5''. If your print is larger than this, we can slice the file and print the item in multiple pieces. Additional fees apply for slicing a file, or you can provide a pre-sliced file. We print at 0.02mm layers for exceptional resolution and incredibly fine details, using strong and flexible 12K resin. This ensures that even the most intricate designs are captured with precision.

We use advanced 12K Mono 3D printers for resin printing and FDM Creality CR10 Smart 3D printers for FDM printing. Our technology ensures high-quality, detailed prints for all your needs.
